Step-by-step procedure

1. Plan panel layout. Use largest possible panels to minimize joints.
2. Specify fillet plates. Stainless fillet plates cover panel edges and joints.
3. Counter-bore through plates. Bolt through fillet plate captures both adjacent panels.
4. Add bevel cut. 15° bevel on panel edges prevents material catching.
